Comment: Baseboards did not seem like they were cleaned. Also, not sure if 9x9 rug we paid for was cleaned as it was left outside on top of our hot tub which we didn't realize until after tech left so we didn't get a chance to ask him. We got a call from a Dalworth employee following up and we asked her our questions but have yet to receive a phone call back. Price seemed higher than what we paid for last time which was the same services we ordered last time. Took much longer as well than the time before as well. However, tech this time was very nice and the carpets seemed cleaner this time and he did a super job on the hardwood floors.

Comment: Fair because I only had cleaned less than 700 ft. but he still had to unpack the equipment. Harold Grimes is a master in his work and does a great job. That is the reason I continue to use Dalworth.

Comment: My technician, Cullen Risto, was very friendly and courteous. He did a thorough job and was knowledgeable. There should be an option on the website for non-persian rugs to clean. A carpet 5x7 rug, etc.

Comment: Marcus, the service technician, was terrific. He was courteous, worked very hard ( our carpet was very dirty) and he was extremely efficient. He completed the job in a timely manner, provided the paperwork and receipt and explained everything to me. The person who took my order on the phone (can't remember her name) was also outstanding. I would certainly recommend Dalworth to others!

Comment: The service was the best I had in several years. This was the first time to use Dalworth. In the past I used John's cleaning an the carpet was very wet for several days. I was very pleased with the service.

Comment: We were surprised that only one technician was sent to our home when furniture moving across our wood floors was known to have been required. Although he was competent and efficient, the technician had to slide our furniture around on our wood floor (because no one person can pick up and move a couch, etc.). We would have appreciated a team who could have picked up and moved our furniture rather than having to slide it around. Please note that this comment is in no way a remark on our technician. He was efficient and polite and got our floors clean in a timely manner.

Comment: I typically have James Coleman do my cleaning but he wasn't available. Was leery having another technician do the work, since I’ve had some less-than-stellar experiences in the past with younger, in-a-hurry techs that put more emphasis on speed than care. Marcio was a pleasant exception! He was very careful, and did a superb job!
