I have never spilled wine on our carpet before. However, I had Dalworth clean them two weeks ago, so they were nice and spotless. I suppose that I could have spilled the wine then had the carpets cleaned, but it didnt work out that way. Anyway, I asked Dalworth to come back out to clean a new spill, and they were punctual, efficient, and professional. They had the estimate and did the job for that price.
