I scheduled the appointment from the web site and it was very easy. I was able to set it up for my preferred day and time with no problem. I received a confirmation email almost immediately, as well as a reminder email the day before the scheduled appointment. I also received a voice message reminder the night before and a call from the technician the day of the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, thorough and efficient. He made sure the carpet was well on its way to being dry before he left my house. He was personable, pleasant and offered to return to correct anything I might discover that was missed. I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan. I probably could've found someone a little cheaper to clean the carpets, but I'll pay extra for good customer service and I feel that I received full value for my money. The technician was professional, polite and I was comfortable having him in my home. Description of Work: Had carpet in entire house cleaned. Carpet is mid-grade and about 8 years old, with lots of traffic from pets and children (particularly one geriatric dog who's getting less and less particular about where he piddles!). The technician thoroughly vacuumed all carpets, paying particular attention to where the carpet joins the baseboards. He spot-treated where necessary, and used both wet-steam and dry-steam methods, after discussing the benefits of each with me. He tested the carpets for moisture underneath, in case the urine had soaked through to the pad. (It hadn't, so he did not need to perform any special pet treatment.) He also put some sort of waterproofing treatment on the high traffic areas to protect against future soiling. The carpets looked GREAT when he was done, better than I expected. All spots were gone - except the old Spot, who lives there. :-)

They had a good offer at the time that we wanted the service done. They are able to clean oriental carpets, and I used that service as well. The service is appropriate of each different service. They moved all of the furniture and replaced it when they were done cleaning the carpets. They were thorough and paid attention to detail. The experience with Dalworth's was a good one. This was the first time that we used this company and we were impressed with them. They did get to us right away after we called them. Using Dalworth was extremely easy. I called them on the phone, described what I needed, and picked a convenient time for them to come pick up the rugs. When the rugs were done, they called me we agreed on a delivery time, and they delivered them to the new house and put them in the rooms I requested. The process couldn't have been easier, and the job on the rugs couldn't have been better. Description of Work: I had Dalworth clean two oriental rugs. They picked up the rugs from my house that I was getting ready to put on the market, and delivered them to my new house. The cleaning job they did on the rugs was outstanding the best I have ever had done on the two rugs. The process they use is very kind to the rugs, and will extend their useful life. I had them do a protective treatment on the rugs, and it is working very nicely. I will definitely use Dalworth to cleans the rugs again when they need it.

The experience with their services was good. Everything was fine. They showed up on time to do the work. They cleaned up after themselves. The only issue I have with them at all is that they are fairly expensive but we felt like they a did a better job as well. Description of Work: They cleaned all of the duct work in the house.

Dalworth is very good at carpet cleaning. They did really good at protecting my furniture and they were very careful when moving the needed items. They used a what they call a fast dry system, which they stated cost a little more. I was not satisfied with the fast dry because the carpet was still wet. They accommodated me as they deducted the cost of the fast dry chemicals from the total cost of the carpet cleaning. I guess I would still give them an A across the board for good job that they did do. Description of Work: Dalworth cleaned the carpets in my 2200 square foot home.

Everything was great. The guy was timely, cordial and professional. The carpet looks great and he treated all of the stains and did a real good job getting them out. No problems came up during the course of his work and we really like Dal Worth. I have no complaints about them and they were helpful and punctual. He even offered to help move stuff. I've used them for a long time and have always been very satisfied with the results. They are very responsive and come right on time. They get the work done quickly and efficiently. There were no specific stains to focus on.

First let me say to call to get a quote. The internet quote system may not properly account for unique configurations. When I called I received a lower quote compared to the on-line form. We scheduled about a week in advance and they did a good job sending email reminders. The day of the appointment they called to say they had an earlier time slot open up and since we agreed they came earlier. They were very thorough with the cleaning job. We bought the middle cleaning package which meant they moved nearly everything including areas where we were not expecting to be moved which caused some work for us afterwards but I'm not complaining. They got every spot out and even a *rust* stain which was left by a previous carpet cleaning co.. They did a really good job and were friendly. I appreciated the small foam feet and plastic squares they placed under much of the furniture after they were finished. Nice touch. This was a big job and they got it all done very thoroughly and in a timely manner. They came as agreed and called first, which was very professional. The carpets looked so clean and fresh when they were done. I give them all high marks. Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in our living room, which is 15' x 23', our bedroom, which is 17' x 18', our den, which is 12' x 12' and 4 upholstered pieces of furniture. They did target some pet stains and they also moved the furniture.
