Comment: Paid a little more than I wanted to but you get what you pay for. Your service was superior to any carpet cleaners I have use before. Superior equipment and service made my carpet look new removing old stains that other didnt. My daughter referred me to you and she was right. Best carpet cleaners in town.

Comment: Erick did a great job. He was very friendly and took his time. I believe he may have done the best job of all technicians over all these years you have been coming out. The carpets which are more than 20 years old look better than ever.

Comment: The technician was very pleasant and efficient, and the carpet looked great when the job was finished. My only complaint was the length of time required for it to dry. I was told that i could purchase an extra service for "maximum extraction" which would allow for faster drying. As far as I am concerned, this should be a routine part of service, to extract all the liquid possible to avoid having to walk on the carpet and spoiling the look of the good job done. Other than this, I was happy with the service.

Comment: The service techs had on their Dalworth shirts but no badge or identification saying they were with Dalworth except the logo on their shirts. The truck they were driving had no identification on it to tell me what company they were with!

Comment: We are a large commercial facility and they only had one technician working so it took a long time. Such large jobs should use 2 staff. Otherwise he did a great job the carpets look great. Thank you, Heritage Senior Center
