My dogs had an accident on my carpet. The smell was an issue with me. The guy that came and cleaned my carpet was extremely helpful and professional, and explained the process on what he was going to do before he started. It took him no time to complete the full service and explained to me how long the carpet was going to dry. I loved the fact that my oldest dog keep checking on his status and he talked to him while he was working.

Scheduling an appointment by phone was convenient. I had several issues that needed to be addressed - including a teenage boy that likes to work on cars and a sick dog. I wasn’t sure that they could get all the stains out but they did. Technician, C.J., was polite and professional and arrived as scheduled (a big plus in my book). They did a great job on the tile in 3 different areas of the house. The grout lines (which I was worried would not come clean) looked so much better!

Timely, professional team came to clean our carpets.

We had an mishap on the first technician that came out to our house. BUT Dalworth made it right by sending us a floor specialist, CJ, and he did an amazing job! Not only did he fix the previous issue but he worked diligently to make sure our floors looked amazing before he left. I will absolutely use Dalworth again and specifically request CJ. He's the best!

Aaron did a great job. Would have given 5 stars but the price for the job was $ 150 higher than agreed upon on the phone.

Your Representative did a fine job. He was able to figure out how to arrange furniture so he could best do the job. I thought the fee was steep $180 for a small bedroom and closet.

Dalworth, Chris and his partner did an amazing job on the floors. We had them do our carpets, tile and wood. Carpet and tile looked great. The wood! Holy Cow! Had no idea what the original color of the stain was until it was cleaned. Made the room look twice the size. Great job, modest amount of time. Chris was amazing. Yes, I would highly recommend using Dalworth.
