Comment: Monty is a great representative for your company. He was a little early and proceeded to go about his business in a very profession but personable manner. Wish I could get him every time at my home. I would probably increase the frequency of your service.

Comment: Chris was a real delight to work with. He obviously knew his stuff and took the time to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. He cleaned a large tile floor with lots of pet odor and stains yet he helped ease my guitly feelings about such a mess. He said "Would it help if I told you that I've seen a lot worse?" I really appreciated that. And the floor looks great! He was not on time (maybe 15 minutets late) but it was because of traffic and construction. I appreciated that he told me that. I would certainly recommend Chris.

Comment: The service technicians did an excellent job cleaning the spots on the carpet, and the traffic areas in the bedrooms, dining room and hallway, however, they overlooked that I paid to have all the furniture moved in the living room, they did move 2 chairs when I mentioned the soiled areas under them, but that was all they moved. I did not realize they did not move furniture until they were gone. I was pleased with the technicians as a whole, very nice young men. Carpet protection was provided.

Comment: My carpets look the best ever. We have 3 adored Labs - that have occasional accidents! David Groff did a superior job. He stayed 4 hours. Our carpets look and feel new!!! All smells are gone!!!! I will use y'all again but only with David!! Thank you
