Comment: Always pleased with the service provided by staff. Would have like more water sucked up from carpet. Areas were quite wet. I used towels in some areas.

Comment: Both technicians were very nice and friendly. I realized after they left I did not get to see a before and after video (don't want to get them into trouble though - they were courteous and showed me the air filter which was nasty). It only took 1.5 hours instead of the three that was scheduled so that was good.

Comment: only issue was i made order on line - my order i believed included the laundry room - but they said it did not. Lesson to me to have my order printed out to compare. I deleted two rooms and added one smaller - and my price went up. I thought based on the drops/adds it should have stayed the same or gone down - but again, did not have my original order to compare. The Taylor's were very professional and great to work with. The floors looked great!

Comment: Had the carpets cleaned yesterday and I have noticed several "streaks" in the carpet and also a small spot that was not there before...I'm going to wait a couple days and see if maybe the carpet is not completely dried. If not, I know I can call and have someone come back out. Hopefully it is because the carpet is not dry. Thank you

Comment: The service tech - Jorge - was very competent. He offered additional services based on the condition of our carpet but did not try to hard sell me on these services. I will recommend him to other neighbors who need carpet cleaning.

Comment: Jorge was very nice and when I use you again I would like to have Jorge back out. He was excellent plus and so was the customer service rep. My whole experience was great. Jorge really explained what he was doing. The price did not matter as much as the actual work. I was really expressed with Jorge.

I was in need of an asap cleaning after my dog decided to get sick (#1, #2, and #3) alllll over my living room. I used Dalworth's website - but was told no same day service was available. Bummer. Within a few minutes, I had an email and a phone call to discuss my needs. The rep, Chelsea, was able to get me an appointment squeezed in, and the tech was at my house w/in a few hours. Casey was his name- and he did an amazing job! I would have never in a million years thought the damage was cleanable. I had already started researching new carpet.
