Comment: This was my first experience with Dalworth and I was very pleased with the job that Marty and Andrew performed on the carpet repair and cleaning and I appreciate very much that Kirstin was able to work my cleaning in 5 days early to help me close on my house sale on time. A great clean job, great people to work with, and a very reasonable cost, what else could I ask for? Thanks again and I will not hesitate to call Dalworth again!

Comment: We had a small marble vanity top polished and sealed. Total cost was $690. It seemed a little high, but Dalworth did a similar job for us in the past (on a marble bathroom floor) and we were very pleased with the work. We are pleased with the work this time also. The technicians were great and really listened to my concerns, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work before they left. I would rate everything as excellent, but the price seemed a little high. However, I would rather pay a little higher price and get an excellent job, if the alternative was to save a few dollars and then end up being unhappy with the work. We are very happy with the work performed.

Comment: I was happy with Alberto's work overall. I saw how the stairs were prepped though, I think it's kind of a hit-and-miss technique. You might see whether you can obtain a finer sprayer that does a better overall job. Alberto was very gracious about coming back the next day when I called about some missed spots. As for the phone representative, I spoke with two. I think it was in my initial call, when I was inquiring about the price of cleaning, I asked whether there was a coupon deal. My recollection is that she said no, but that they have a special. (Have 3 rooms cleaned, get a 4th one free.) It wasn't until this week that I remembered that I have been saving the Money Mailer coupons for Dalworth for months...knowing we would probably want to have carpets cleaned. I couldn't remember about the coupon offer when I scheduled cleaning because of all that was happening in our family at the time. (My parents were coming from out of state for the first time in 16 months and our grandchild was due any day.) I wish that she had told/reminded me (when I asked) that there were specials in the Money Mailer that we might have received.

Comment: I originally requested carpet stretching also. The technician couldn't do it so I guess someone else will come later. I feel there should not be a separate house call charge for this since it was noted in the original order.

Comment: We want you to know that Mr. Joe Sisson and Adam did one of the best carpet cleanings we have ever had. Not only did they do an outstanding job of cleaning, they were very polite and courteous. Their work was done in a very professional way, and we would like to have the same young men back to clean our carpet in the future. Whatever you do, don't let them ever leave your company. I also would like to thank the lady I had talked to on the phone prior to placing my order on the internet. She was very helpful in explaining the different levels of carpet cleaning service you provide, along with the cost. She was very polite and it was a pleasure talking with her. Comment: I talked to the rep. regarding cleaning the tile and grout while he was here cleaning my carpet, so I did not order over the web or by phone. Since I have to check one to complete the survey I chose phone. He did an excellent job, my tile looks like new.
