The technicians were skilled at their job & my carpet looks great! My complaint is the lack of punctuality demonstrated by this company. A previously scheduled cleaning was a bust without any notification which wasted my entire day. This team was 1:20 minutes late for a 9:00 am appointment. I had planned another engagement later the same morning which I was unable to fulfill.

Riley performed his magic and was able to remove stains we didn’t think could possibly be removed. He was very professional, friendly, and respectful of property. Always a positive experience with Dalworth!

First time we have had our ducts and vents cleaned since we bought the house in 2007. Miquel was AWESOME! He explained everything he was doing step by step, and showed us before and after pictures. Everything looks like new. I highly recommend Dalworth to delivery an excellent experience.

Comment: Sergio, the project manager, was very thorough and kept the line of communication open as the water cleanup and drying project commenced. He even gave me an outside contractor to assist with wall restoration. \r\n\r\nChris and Saul, the water technicians, was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After cleanup then even tried to fix my shower, which caused the whole water emergency in the first place! \r\n\r\nGreat job Dalworth! I hope I never need you again, but if I do, you are the first call I will make!

When the plumber discovered where the water leak was we proceeded with insurance notification. The adjuster came and reviewed the situation and recommended we contact a restoration company. Dalworth Restoration came to mind and the adjustor said it was fine they had used them before. Within hours they were there and started setting up equipment. The supervisor used his meter and found the areas where the water had spread under cabinets, walls and flooring.. It was a lot larger area than expected. More equipment was brought in and set up. It took several days before the meter showed clear and the equipment was removed, except for one area. They tarped the flooring and left one dehumidifier working until cleared. The technicians that came each day always set the time with us and called before they arrived.Everyone was vert polite, and cleaned their areas while working and when they were through.I hope I do not have to call them again, but I would if needed!

Moving into a new house, and CJ came to clean up the wood floors and tile. After being used by tenants for 12 years, they look brand new now--fantastic attention to detail and professionalism. Tammy was great on the phone helping to schedule multiple services. Have already recommended them to others.

Monte did an outstanding job cleaning carpet in a large living area, bedroom, and hallway. The carpet was in terrible condition, and he brought it back to life. Best carpet cleaning I have ever had done in this home.

When the team arrived they were courteous and professional. They halped move some chairs out of the room and put them back. They even added Styrofoam and plastic to prevent the legs from coming into contact with the carpet. They cleaned my carpets and made them look brand new. I will use them again to clean my sectional. Great job!

We had an old Love Seat cleaned. He arrived on time and went right to work. He was able to get some spots out and remove dirt buildup of many years. While it does look new and being as old as it is, I'm not surprised it looks a whole lot bette!.
