Carpets came out fantastic this time. Sometimes they are just ok. Monty did a great job and suggested "sanitizing" over just apply a deodorizer since I have pets and I'm very happy with the way they turned out. Comment: The technicians were nice but the job was poorly done and rushed which resulted in a poorly done job. We had our carpet stretched and cleaned and you can see seams you couldn't see before, there are gaps by the baseboards and tile, exposed tack strips with nails sticking up and we had to get carpet powder to mask the dingy dirty wet smell of the carpet that still lingered after a week of the cleaning. Would not recommend to anyone and will not use again. Wasted money.

Very inexpensive and great deals.

From the start with my call into Alex until the job was completed by Monty, everything went fantastic. I don't recall the ones who called me back back at my request to better understand my options but they helped with timing and confirmation about what I was getting. I have used other services before and basically they never got the job done and I and I actually saw the results as it was happening. Awesome job and I would recommend Dalworth to anyone needing any kind of cleaning done.
