Comment: I appreciated the professional courteous manner that Perry went about cleaning the carpets. He was informative about what his process and how long he estimated it would take to completely dry (4-8) hours. I would request his again next time we use this service. Thanks for a great job and excellent service. Yes, he appeared right at the beginning of our window 10:00 am -12:00.

Comment: I started the order online, but called the office to see if I could get service the same day...the lady was very helpful & got me an appt. immediately. The carpet cleaning was price at a great bargain but the carpet protector seemed a bit high for me.

Comment: It seems that the deodorizer used on the carpets I was allergic to so I had to open doors and windows to air out house. I would recommend letting customers know what is in the products used and let them make the decision to use or not! When I asked about the strong order he said it was Part of the package. Not very customer friendly!
