Comment: The weather was humid and so the drying time took longer than usual but I was not surprised. The only thing that bothered me this time was that a residue that was left on the carpet. There was a glue-like substance on the bottom of my shoes from the carpet so when I went from the carpet to the tile in our house it felt like I had stepped in soda and was tracking it all over. It was so sticky and now I am just hesitant about what Dalworth uses to clean the carpets. I vacuumed a few times and things are better now but I wonder if I want to have this done again since it was such a problem. Mike Utzman and Vince were terrifc as usual.

Great attitude & very careful in our home & with our furnishings. Cleaning was fabulous & he went above in making everything clean. Smells great & looks amazing! Comment: There was a lot of humidity in the air these past 16 - 20 hours. I image this extended the drying time. I was probably being over cautious with the carpet wanting to make sure it was completely dry.

Comment: 3.&4.&5. Roger was exemplary. in attitude, appearance and conscientiousness. Excellent attention to detail, very courteous. 6. I seldom make referrals. However, I had used Dalworth in the past and chose you again after using other companies in recent years. 7. I am not sure how long the carpets stayed damp. I didn't repeatedly check. 8. All carpet cleaning/stain removal/odor remediation/etc services are expensive, especially since I have a large house, a cat and two dogs (one of which stains carpets repeatedly). Your prices are reasonable, within expectations, and consistent with the level of stains/dirt I needed to get handled. But to feel like a bargain, I'd need to feel "treated' (by a lower total price or inclusion of discounted carpet protection spray). While facing a bill of over $800, I was offered carpet protection spray for an additional $200 and that part seemed over priced.

Comment: The cleaning tech did a very good job with good results. The stairs took longer to dry than other carpet areas. I attribute that to the hand cleaning wand needed for stairs as opposed to the the larger carpet cleaning device. As a suggestion, please use more towels and/or a tarp to protect the wood front entry floor. Yes, no water was spilled this time or any water drips were wiped up immediately. But accidents do happen. The front entry wood floor I have does not like water. I'm sure you can understand that. I gave the tech additional scrap towels as a precaution. The cost for cleaning is expensive but the results were good. My carpets look better than the last time Dalworth was here. I would like to note the tech Beruk for very good customer service. He took efforts to ensure a good quality job. Thank you.

Comment: The technicians showed up and had many concerns that were not addressed by the sales rep. I think it would be a better practice to either have the technicians onsite for the sales call or to have the sales rep do a bit more inspection of the areas to be serviced (especially duct work) before scheduling the service.
