Comment: The first tech sent was not able to complete the job due to truck problems, but Robert Stanley came to the rescue. He did an outstanding job of cleaning my rooms, even the areas that looked like they wouldn't come up.

Comment: Our service man ( Pat Linzalone (Pasquale) .... He was a very hard working gentleman ... we had a lot of refreshing to do and he was very organized and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning , hardwood floor care .... He did an amazing Job cleaning our leather Love Seats .... I had a small area of Marble which had lost it s shine (I had used a product that had taken the shine out of the Marble.) .... Pat brought the shine back ( I was extremely Happy about this ) So , Yes we were Very Happy with Pat s work , we ll call again I m sure, and we ll ask for Pat Linzalone (Pasquale) to come to refresh our place, carpets , floors, etc....Please thank Pat for a Great Job .... Comment: My carpet was REALLY filthy!! It looked REALLY clean when your technician finished the job. Unfortunately, the dirtiest part already looks dirty again. I'm not surprised as I think the greatest attribute/fault of this carpet is its ability to look dirty in the highest traffic area. I have used your service several times in the past, and when I decide to have my carpet cleaned again, I will call you again!

Comment: Roger did a good job will ask for him . 2 people saw my carpet I gave them Rogers name. At the appointment kept selling more features I told him after 2 items What I wanted and why I didn't want more. then ask me for 3 more items to buy. I almost called someone else. Dalworth used to be so nice and understanding on the phone. Maybe a women thats who I talked to in the past.

Comment: Raul Jimenez and KT were my technicians. They were wonderfu . Would request them again. As a single mom I find the price a little high for my budget so probably can only use your services a couple times a year. Wish I could use it quarterly as I have two dogs, one with bladder problems and Raul and KT got all the stains and smells out of my carpets and tiles. I love coming home to my house right now!
