Comment: Service was done on Saturday while I was away so I'm not sure how long it took to dry. Was dry when I came in Monday morning. Grout in entrance looks awesome. Great job, thanks.

Our family has used Dalworth for many carpet cleanings each year over the past 7 years. We are always thoroughly pleased with the friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness of the technicians. We have been overly impressed on several occasions at their ability to get stains out of the carpet that we thought were definitely permanent! Our carpets are 17 years old, and we have four kids. You can imagine our need for effectiveness from our carpet cleaners! We are always happy with Dalworth's ability to make our carpets look their best!

Comment: Pat Linzalone provided excellent service. His knowledge, cleaning and communication skills, and quality of service far surpass any other technicians I have had over the years of using Dalworth. I had been wanting my area rugs cleaned for years but several other past technicians did not seem to be able or willing. They did not seem to have the knowledge and ability (or even motivation) to assess the project correctly and, at times, in retrospect, they even provided me with incorrect information. They made it seem like an impossible job, and I had given up. Then came Pat who actually asked me if I wanted the area rugs cleaned addition to the carpet! I ran by him all the obstacles presented to me by past technicians and he dealt with them one by one. He is a talented educator. He had the knowledge to asses the rugs correctly and did an excellent job. I am thrilled to have my area rugs, in addition to my carpet, finally clean. I have complete confidence in Pat's motivation and ability to do excellent work. I will request him every time.

Comment: I asked the technician to go over a few of the heavier traveled places & didn’t pay to have the fans so there were wet spots here & there. I ended up having my husband rent some heavy duty fans from a Home Depot so I guess I should have just gotten a more expensive package.. I am very pleased with the look & feel of my carpets now.

Comment: I called to get pet urine out of a shag rug. He told me at home beforehand that it can't be guaranteed and I didn't want it taken from home to clean. He did a good job but the smell didn't go away so I ended up throwing away the rug anyway.

Comment: I have already responded one time. I had two services done and included both men (both did a good job, were very professional and very polite) in the same report. Some traffic paths are still very visible. The carpet is older and may not be possible to clean completely.
