Comment: When the carpets were cleaned the couch was not moved and the floor not cleaned underneath for the room on the second floor under the sectional. I personally saw the floor under today when the painters moved it to touch up the wall. Not satisfied with this, as the objective was to remove dog hair, and I found dog hair there...

Comment: I was thrilled with all my rugs as well as my sofe. The urine from my grandsons dogs was GONE and this is not the first time they were cleaned. I would testify to that!!!! Area rugs were cleaned not carpets

Comment: Erick was great. He was polite, got to work quickly, listened to me, and told me everything he was going to do so that I know how long the front door was going to be fully propped open, and what speed to set the fans to help the carpet dry quickly. I would have him back in my house again.

Comment: The service technician did a wonderful job with the cleaning. Exceptional really!! I didn't notice until he left that he did not rake the carpet as I have seen with previous carpet cleaners, so in the morning when I woke up it looked more streaked than usual. I had a rake and did it myself, but it may have turned out better if it had been done while it was wet. Still the overall job was very nice and he worked hard to please.

Comment: Adam, my technician, was personable, pleasant and professional. I requested a noon arrival time (out of a noon-to-2 p.m. window), and he arrived EXACTLY at noon. Perfect! Adam was really pleasant and completed the job well within the window. And the Dalworth phone representative was equally friendly and professional. I'll definitely call Dalworth again for my future carpet-cleaning needs.
