Comment: There are still a couple of spots in one of the rooms. Other than that, the carpets look good. Jose was on time, knowledgeable, and took good care to clean up. The carpets were dry before we retired for the evening.

Comment: Michael was my technician. He got out a large spot in my office that your other technicians had been unable to remove. I was very happy. As for your on-line service, yes . . . I placed the order on line but had to phone your office to finalize the order because the website would not take me to the finalized calculations. I have used Dalworth for years and years. I will continue to use them. I refer my friends to you.

Comment: Last time I used Dalworth I was VERY disappointed. I paid for two techs, move furniture, wall to wall cleaning. I got one tech, no furniture moved, visible stains when he left which I removed with a can of carpet cleaner and a scrub brush. I was never going to use your company again but after 2 years i decided to try one more time. This time I got the economy service, moved the furniture myself, and your tech left the carpet looking great. Such a difference in the two technicians. I can't say enough good about the young man who came this week to clean my carpet. He was courteous, efficient, quiet, and cleaned the spots and high traffic areas well. At no time did he say "this will not be possible to clean" as the person 2 years ago did. Alberto is a great representative for your company and changed my mind about Dalworth.
