Comment: I found booking on the website tedious and more difficult than it used to be. Entering each room individually was more complicated than previously. My tech was excellent and able to add more rooms while he was here.

Comment: We ordered two services. The first was for carpet and furniture cleaning. The second was for duct cleaning. Both were scheduled for the same day. The carpet cleaning was scheduled in the morning. The duct cleaning was scheduled for the afternoon. They were both scheduled by the young man wilh whom I was speaking. The schedule should have been reversed with ducts cleaned first. I did not know this. The carpet was still wet when the service person came to clean the ducts. After discussion with him we decided not to do the duct cleaning because of the wet carpet. I was still charged the $20.00 scheduling fee for the duct cleaning.

Comment: We called the next day because we had a "brown spot "apear where there was not one before. The crew came back and took care of it right away. We will use you all again but hope our pets are better trained. Larry B

Comment: We had the pleasure dealing with the greatest team Dalworth has to offer after experiencing a rough start with the first technician. Between dealing with a personal loss and a last minute job transfer to Florida, this company made this experience a true blessing. The stress of losing a loved one and moving cross country on such a short notice faded away as the cleaning team began sing my all time favorite Christian song while they worked. I knew God was with my family when he sent Ken, Mike, and Vince to my house. Also Nancy and Rick were key parts in orchestrating this blessing. Thank you all for helping our family in our time of need.
