Comment: Felipe did an excellent job of explaining what he was going to do, showing me what he had done, and answering all of my questions. By the time he finished, I felt as if I had received the attention of a personal friend who happened to work for Dalworth. It was apparent from my experience with Felipe that both your hiring and training practices were exceptional. I can see why you guys have been around so long.

Comment: It is confusing to old folks like us to understand the ad and the way to order the service. We had a special offered by computer, and perhaps if we'd called, it would have been a better deal????? We will hope the same technician comes next time, as he was great!

Comment: Your technician was extremely knowledgeable in all facets of the job. He explained in detail what he would be doing and answered all the questions I had. He also stopped to show what he was doing through the video. I was very impressed with everything he did.

Amazing work! Repairs and carpet cleaning were equally mind blowing. The team that serviced my home was unbeatable! One of them has been with the company for 41 YEARS! That says a lot about this company. I wish I could rate them higher. Thank you Nancy, Ken, Mike, Vince, and the sales President. You all have been a tremendous blessing to my family.

Comment: I do not feel you do a good enough job on simple spots and traffic areas. I fee they need to be redone. My carpet was not heavily soiled. I got the economy job but I thought I would get the same service—I just figured that meant i did my own pre-vacuuming and furniture moving. I will be calling to discuss.

Comment: Our carpets were so dirty that I didn't think they would come clean even with a good cleaning and restoration service. Boy, was I wrong! I don't know what your technician did, but my carpets are cleaner than my wildest dreams. I so appreciate the service!

Comment: Sam is a treasure for you. Do whatever it takes to keep him. He was able to take out stains that some of your competitors would not take the job because they said the stains would not come out. This is the second time we have had him and will request him next year.

Comment: I've used Dalworth for many years. Monday I had Kermit which had done carpet cleaning before ... both guys were very nice and knowledgeable of the work they did. on a side note....Monday it was raining and very humid when my carpets were done. this had lots to do with the time I selected. Today I put all furniture back and all looks really good. Carpets fully dry and clean!!! smells great too.

Comment: Monty arrived within the time limits. He was polite, friendly and very professional. It has been a few years since I had my carpets cleaned and didn't realize just how dirty they were until Monty was finished cleaning them. Wow, what a difference! Monty did a fantastic job on my carpets and will ask for him next time!

Comment: Was pleased with the way the late arrival was handled and Brian did an excellent job. Very efficient and knowledgeable about floors in general. Advised me of other options I could take advantage of in the future.
