Comment: Eric was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why, and what we could expect. As he told us would be the case, drying time in one area (which had really bad pet stains) took longer, but he did a good job with hat tough area.

Comment: Because this was Easter weekend , and we needed the tile floor done before we installed the store fixtures in this Mall. Johnson & Murphy shoes. I would pay extra $400 for this work to be done on Easter weekend, that $ would go to the service tech as overtime so I could get this done. I wanted to insure that the 2 service tech got the extra overtime money that was shown on the invoice. We speaking to the sales rep that i had stated that I would pay extra to service techs to work saturday night easter weekend and was assured that at least %60 of the 400 would go to the service techs. I was assured that would happen. Was that done? This was a old ground up grant tiles with no sealer and the new client was using this floor, but because it had further shadows we needed a service to lighted the main floor, which was accomplished by your tech's who worked really hard to accommodate me.

Comment: We are pleased with the job. There are some spots that we would like to have touched up because they are pet stains that have been left for far too long and the high traffic areas could be cleaner. We will have you back when we are ready to clean the carpet again and will certainly recommend you to our friends. Your technician was very good. Please send him back when we get our carpet cleaned the next time.

Comment: Thank you for have a comment section. Our technician Reger was outstanding. Very very professional. He explained everything to us. We were walked through with the amazing flashlight very cool. If something was not to his satification (something as little as a spot of shoe polish he made it right, got the chemical, explained what it was. Roger had a smile the entire time he was here. We were very happy with Roger and Dalwarth for your professional team. Thank you.

Comment: A little high on cost of stretching carpet. Tech had no shoe covers on or in truck & tracked in mud. He cleaned it up but could have been avoided with shoe covers .

Comment: Did a good job but could have done better with vacuuming before because in certain areas there was still trash in spots(small trash) which told me it was vacuumed good, prefer if he had moved some of the smaller items out of way to and cleaned the area completely
