Comment: Technician Brian Marshall was cleaning my neighbor's carpet next door. had just bought two chairs and an ottoman from a thrift store that were sitting in my driveway. I had to clean them BEFORE I could take them inside, and so was planning by to rent a steam cleaner, buy the cleaner, and wrestle with cleaning them myself. I asked Brian if he could work my small job, and he called it in right away and did a beautiful job, giving me back my Saturday! What a relief I definitely appreciated the Dalclean flexibility and Brian's professionalism and expertise.

Comment: Erick helped me with my large area rugs and did a terrific job. Joshua was here for my air duct cleaning he too was very knowledgeable and helpful even though he couldn't do the work as he told me my home has ductboard and fiberglass and his cleaning equipment would disturb the fiberglass, which he explained would be a health risk to both him and me. So I very much appreciated his honesty and thorough explanation. I would definitely use either technician again should the opportunity arise.

Comment: Richard was the phone rep and was just awesome and worked with me to meet my timeline. Kermit did a great job on my Travertine. I could not be happier! My expectations for my hardwood floors needed explanation which Kermit handled professionally and expertly. Realizing the job needed to be rescheduled for another day relieved my stress and expanded the work product to include the entire house which is exactly what was needed. So I got what I really needed and wanted and Kermit/DALWORTH landed a bigger deal. It all worked out and I continue to be a happy customer. Mike, Kermit’s helper gets an honorable mention. Very professional, very personable. Seems like a hard worker, too.

Comment: James Coleman was the best service technician I ever had with Dalworth! He was professional, efficient and extremely hard working! With hard working I mean, he worked continuously for over 2 hours, was never on his cell phone, neither did he take a break. The furniture was exactly at the same place as before and the carpets look like new! Thank you James for an outstanding job!
