Comment: I have used Dalworth for several years and there have been several times that because I was a returning customer I was given a % off the total cost. That didnt happen this time. The technicians with Dalworth are always very professional and take the time to do the job right so I dont have complaints about that. BUt $750 was high I though for the job.

Comment: Jay and Seth were prompt, courteous, and careful. They did a nice job, but I didn't get the entire premium-level service I had ordered and paid for, such as moving (moveable) furniture, especially around pet-stained areas, which I also paid for. Nor did we do a post-cleaning walk-around. In their defense, I think Dalworth under-estimated the size of the job, although you've been here many times. However, Kermit and Mike came back today and very quickly addressed the missed areas, which I greatly appreciate. So overall, I'm pleased and I'll see you again.

Comment: The guys who came out initially did not seem to have the attitude I like or expect from Dalworth but it didn't take long to realize they were as good if not better then most that have come to our home. I was completely happy with our service and the representatives. That is why we always choose Dalworth.

Comment: This survey was written for carpet; I had a wood floor revitalization and it turned out excellent! I was so very pleased with our technician, Brian. His can do attitude was so refreshing. He never said no - not to me, nor to the colleagues who were with him. I am not sure of the final price, but I believe I received the best service we could as well as restored wood floors that look and feel beautiful.
