Comment: Bobby G was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He came back out after he performed our service to explain how our sectional sofa would latch/unlatch. I appreciated his help with that even though it was not something most companies would send a tech back out for. Comment: James Coleman is a great technician. He does a thorough job in getting my carpet to look almost brand new despite being over 15 years old and with having 4 dogs. He has a great personality and very easy to talk to. In fact, I always request James to come out to my house and enjoy our visits.

Comment: Pat Linzelone has cleaned our carpets the last 4 times I have called for service. I always request him because he is knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. He does a great job working to make our carpets look great and also spends time discussing what he is doing to make them last longer. I always request Pat. He's fantastic.

Comment: It was actually really hard to book the service. I had difficulty when I was calling on a Saturday morning to get over to carpet cleaning. The main line transferred us, and it would ring and ring. It was about the fourth time that I called that i told the girl, and she gave me a different number to call and it went right through. But once I got it booked the service was great!

Comment: Marcio was my technician, he was very good. He went over the house with me, suggested some treatments that would be beneficial. He has a very good manner and is knowledgeable of all things carpet. I was very comfortable with him in my home. He did a great job. My carpets look super! He is a great rep for dalworth.
