Comment: I moved most of the furniture off of the carpet but I ran out of time. I wish the men would have removed the small things off the carpet in the den ex: floor lamp, small antique table,small rocking chair, love seat.

Comment: There was a scheduling issue but once that corrected I was perfectly happy. The mishap in scheduling was to my advantage because I think I got a much better and more personable technician. Bryan did an excellent job and was very pleasant to have.

Comment: The Custom Drapery that I had clean complete for the money I had paid for them. Because the representative said he was not able to clean the valance in between to the drapery because the suction he used was to strong for my valance. So I was not happy about that, but other than that everything else was ok.

Comment: The techs actually called and asked if they could come early due to being finished with previous appointment and thought that was great. They advised me of all the things that we had talked about and were extremely polite and knowledgeable. Appreciated how professional they were and will definitely refer Dalworth to family, friends, and coworkers. We had our concrete cleaned due to dogs and then tile laid and it has made a huge difference in our home. Thank you for the wonderful service and will call again.

Comment: Awesome! Awesome! Kermit did an unbelievable job on my carpets.My house passed the inspection and I am extremely happy. I have seen your commercials on television, but now I am a believer. My carpets were done the professional way just like you show on T.V. He got all the urine out of my carpets. I will also write another review.
