Comment: I am big Dalworth fan and have used them for many houses and over many years. My only complaint is called in a Special called THU41 was the code. It came out on Thursday the 12th. It was for 4 room and you got a hall for free. The customer service claimed I didn't list 4 rooms only 3 rooms to be cleaned, Supervisor said they went back an listened to my initial order. It was 7:30 am when I place the call but I told them I wanted the THU41 special and it was the code. I guess there was a communication breakdown. The technician that came Saturday did a great job and what I usually get from Dalworth. I had on appointemt for that Thursday the same day I called it was to be between 3 and 5 pm, they tech never showed up or called. I called Dalworth at 6 and they rescheduled me for Saturday. I am still a loyal customer, and will use Dalworth again.
