Comment: Very easy to set up. The tech was very nice and well dressed. I was completely comfortable allowing him into my home. He did a wonderful job in a timely manner. Carpets looked great. I actually wondered if I should tip him but, wasn't sure if that was acceptable. All in all, very pleased with Dalworth. Thank you.

Comment: I don't really know about how to rate the price, I didn't call any other companies. The service men were diligent, they called me up at each step to make sure I was happy. The technician made sure I knew exactly what was in the quote, and it wasn't exactly what I expected, but he took care of it. The technician's name was Brian. I can't say enough; he is fabulous!
