Comment: Very pleased with customer service from phone rep and service tech. Price was lower than a competitor but still seemed high for end result. Carpets looked good but stains are still present and the cleaning was not as thorough as expected. Not technicians fault although I had hoped for a better result.

He was professional, friendly and his work was excellent - the best! I called in to let him and mgmt know how pleased I was; I hope he knows how much I appreciate him.

Comment: Sylvia (SP?) in home office is great! She managed to get me on the schedule to clean carpet in my son�s room. He wanted to have some friends spend the night for his birthday. This is the 3rd time we�ve had our carpets cleaned by Dalworth and all the technicians have been knowledgeable about how to solve various carpet issues.

Comment: I only had one question: 1. The wrinkles did not come out of the drapes and the Technician said that the process he uses to dry clean does not remove wrinkles.

Comment: It has been three years since the carpets were cleaned and they are over 10 years old. I am a little concerned because they appear splotchy. I thought I would give it a few more days before I called you about it, but if someone could give me a call I'd appreciate it. Thank you!
