Comment: I was impressed by the friendly and responsive attitudes of all the service technicians I talked with and their willingness to discuss the job and what they were doing. In addition to this, with the size of our building and time it took to complete you would never know they were even here when they were finished. Everything was completely clean and left exactly they way they found it, or better. Please pass along a big "Thank You" to the entire crew!! Well done and very professional.

Comment: My only reservation in recommending Dalworth over a smaller company used in the past is that the technician tracked wet and dirty footprints all through the house between the front door and the loft where cleaning occurred. This created more cleaning for me once he left. The other company put down a plastic runner to protect my floor and wore shoe covers. Unfortunately, I didn't use the smaller company this time around because I couldn't recall the name.

Comment: Technician was fine. The original person who took my appointment made and technician was a no show because CSR set the wrong day. Then the second CSR incorrectly set a time. Third CSR got it right and the appointment was fine. The process was made too difficult because of two poor customer service representatives.

Comment: The tech really seemed to know what he was doing. He was very professional and very knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain everything he was doing. He was even able to get spots out that we didn't think could be removed.

Comment: There were issues and problems because the rep did not place my order correctly. The tech did a great job and I got the work done I wanted but, overall, my experience was not what I expected with all the hassle and the price that seemed high.
