Comment: Good attitude, got the job done, and on-time. I appreciate the quality work, but the price is slightly high, considering it was just tile and grout cleaning. Comment: We use Dalworth on a regular basis because we get such great service. We always ask for Frank S. because of the impressive results we get on our aged carpeting. He arrived earlier than expected but had a phone representative call us to let us know of his earlier arrival. I recommend Dalworth whenever I get an opportunity.

Comment: The carpets took a long time to dry. The fans that that technician used didn't do much good as they didn't leave them on the carpets to dry very long. The dryers were worthless in my opinion. Very disappointed in the drying time. I have never had it take this long to dry.

Comment: Thanks! We have been a customer for many years. You always do an excellent job! I wish the carpets would/could dry faster. We decided that the pet odors were not noticeable and so we did not need to treat them. As for the carpet stains, we must be doing better at taking care of them when they happen, because only a few spots were terrible. One, in particular, was very difficult to clean. No extra treatments were applied as I remember.

Comment: I have 2 sets of chairs cleaned and protected so this was not carpet. The techs did their best to get the ink out of the fabric but I knew it would be problematic at best. At least the chairs have a protective layer on them now

Comment: Our service technician was fantastic. I work from home and he was very courteous to my job requirements. Also, we have a dog and he was not comfortable with this stranger in our home. The technician took the time to comfort my dog and make a new "friend". Great experience. Dalworth is now our first choice.

Comment: I did not get a call letting me know technician was coming as promised. The technician was excellent, very polite, very helpful. I paid a whole lot more than was quoted over the phone, but I did have a tough problem from a puppy! I chose the guarantee, but it was quite expensive. Kris that came out was the best!! Thank you.
