Monty was extremely kind and helpful. He went out of his way to get extra stains out of our sofa and spoke kindly and respectfully to my children. He even gave me some tips to improve the appearance of holes in my tile.

The guys were on time, very friendly and professional. They did a great job. I recommended them for my mom's house as well, she was also extremely pleased!

The tech was very knowledgeable, the pricing was reasonable for everything we had done. We love Dalworth and will use them well into the future for all of our cleaning needs.

Comment: I couldn't ask for a better experience than I had with this Dalworth technician. I had some doubts about having the carpet cleaned due to a bad experience I had in the past with a different company (and in a different state). So I had let it go for too long.
