Comment: Chris Leitner yet again did a phenomenal job!! He made my disgusting grout look like new and made my carpets look great!! He always gives great advice, always on time, and always does a excellent job!! He represents your company well and we recommend him to everyone we know looking for rug or grout cleaner!!! Comment: Frank did our carpet cleaning. He was so polite and conscientious and did a superb job, even though we had numerous pet stains. A technician was sent out before Frank that we were very disappointed with, and Frank took the job. The first technician left because we had trouble with the front faucet. We tried to tell him we had a back faucet, but he refused to consider it and took off in the van. He seemed less interested in helping us. I would also like to give Kudos to Nancy in the dispatch department. She went the extra mile be get our carpet done on the day we needed it.

Comment: The hardwood floors were beautiful. The carpet seemed to take a bit longer to dry than usual. The technician was professional and was a hard worker. We had 3 different types of floors cleaned and he did a great job. I was surprised that the two hour window was missed and no one called us.
