Comment: Chris did a good job and fully explained what he would do and what furniture he would not be moving. We did purchase "deep rotary cleaning" for 4 high-traffic areas at an additional cost of $300 and I would have preferred to know about that option while on the website. Chris had a pressure valve break right before he started, and the delay was almost 2 hours while he went out to get the part needed. We understand these things do occur, but the delay forced us to change our plans for the afternoon/evening. Carpets look good and we think the cleaning will tide us over until we replace the carpet. Chris did a good job of putting blocks or cellophane under furniture legs. We're satisfied with the service.

Comment: The phone representative (Jasmine?) and technicians were very courteous and did a great job! I thought the technicians, George and Jenn, answered my questions very well and even offered me some great suggestions for taking care of my carpet going forward. They worked fast and hard, and I felt comfortable with them in my home.
