Comment: This order was a combination of web and phone since I was having all my drapes and furniture cleaned as well as all the carpets. Management went above and beyond to get the work done in my very tight deadline. The technician who came did an excellent job, professional, courteous and explained everything precisely. Comment: This service requested was to clean chairs and one of the chairs was still damp the next day and I think because the chairs are older it brought the stain out more but hopefully once it is completely dry the stain will go ahead. The technician was very nice to my elderly aunts that live in the Tradition, a senior living facility, and they were happy with his service.

Comment: I only have one room of carpet so I have to pay the minimum each time. My daughter had colored my carpet with red marker. You were unable to remove. Could have tolde before you came out and charged me

Comment: Technician was very knowledgeable and professional . He showed pics of previous work. Made floors look great! Now I am having a time convincing husband to get NEW carpet, since it looks so good. He even wants to have a party, cause it refreshes the feel of the whole place. Good job!

Comment: When I booked online there were two time slots available for me to select. After I had completed the online reservation for my preferred time, I received the email confirmation. I was then later called by Dalworth, saying that the date I selected was not available and I would have to change (to a less convenient date and time). If an option is not available, it shouldn't be allowed to be confirmed online.

Comment: I was so glad we had a technician that knew what he was doing. I had a neighbor who stretched carpet and said he could not do this. Dalworth sent out a tech who knew what he was doing and did it all by himself.

Comment: I am so glad I found DALWORTH again! I'm very pleased with the work of my technician, but I gave you the wrong size of my carpet and was over-charged. I have a 7ftX7 X 10ft rug, not a 10X12 like I told the phone rep. If there is a way to send a refund back to me I would appreciate it!
