Comment: Excellent service, no complaints. Steven did a great job and very courteous. Extrememly competent. I only said NO on #2 because tech was running 2 hrs late on Tuesday so I had to move appt to Friday. He was on time on Friday.

Comment: The phone contact (Jasmine, I believe) sent me the wrong invoice price for our agreed-upon order. Then when I called back for it to be fixed, she said she would send me a correct invoice right away. This did not happen. So I had to email both customer service and management at Dalworth to get a correct invoice. I finally received it. This was my only poor experience with Dalworth, as the technician did a fine job.

Comment: Our technician Monty was excellent . We were disappointed that not all of the pet stains were able to be removed and there was still some lingering dog smell after the carpets dried. However, there was an overall improvement in the cleanliness of the carpets and the pet deodorizer helped the house smell better than before.

Comment: Unfortunately, some of the stains "bled" back to the surface. Coffee and red wine obviously are destructive. I was counciled by your technician that this could happen. Looks like I need to save the money I spend on carpet cleaning to resurface with either tile or wood.

Comment: The Tech had great knowledge of his products, explained both the technique, made suggestions as to the products, BUT it was not a hard sell. We will most likely have Dalworth come to the house now every 6 to 9 months since we have 3 dogs.
