Comment: I booked my appointment online & selected the date & time of service when booking the appointment. I later received a call that the date/time I booked online was not available. It would be helpful when booking online for customers to see true availability.

I explained my problem areas and Louis listened and cleared the problems to my satisfaction. When they finished cleaning the carpet they made sure everything was put back in place and clean. Comment: My carpets were so bad that we really did not think they would get clean. I could not have been more wrong. We had already priced new carpets but when they finished the existing carpets look brand new. When my wife saw the results she was astounded. This may seem like an exageration but I assure you it is not. The techs were excellent and absolutely knew thier business, In the future If I need carpets cleaned Dalworth will get the call. Thanks for saving me at least $1500.

Comment: This service was ordered through Angie's List and the price was posted at $115 for 3 rooms. This amount was charged against my credit card at the time the order was placed and the assumption was that it was the complete price. However, it did not include taxes which had to be paid when the service was performed. Paying the taxes was not a problem, but it should have been added to the $115 at the time of the credit card payment.
