Comment: I have lived in my apartment going on 4 years now and my landlord offered me a free carpet cleaning for renewing my lease. However, the service they offered would only take 30 minutes to perform and they did not offer fans to help dry the carpet. I chose to spend the money and go with Dalworth instead. Now I am so glad I did. My carpet was not this clean when I moved in 4 years ago. It looks like a new carpet!

Comment: the tech got lost and couldnt find my home and they had to call me 4 times to find me, so at first i was uncomfortable seeing i was alone but once he started i felt better and he did a great job.

Comment: I have used your service since the 80's. I specifically asked for our technician because he is experienced, professional and very likable. During the cleaning of our couch, we discussed services available for wood and tile floors and we will be scheduling that towards the end of the year, and we will want "OUR" technician. We appreciate his skill and his knowledge

Comment: The carpet that had carpet protector added dried faster than the carpet that did not. We were surprised at how long it took for the carpet to dry (overnight) . Alberto was very professional and polite. He did a great job, all by himself. He was a great representative of your company.
