Comment: For several years, Gary Taylor has been providing excellent services. It would be great somewhere on the website, you can select Gary Taylor as the technician so you can see his availability and pick the date/time accordingly. After I booked the order online, I have to call to find out and make sure Gary Taylor is available at the date/time I selected.

Comment: The online booking was somewhat confusing for ordering the carpet cleaning services. I had to go back to the previous screen several times because I couldn't find a continue button or edit button. Brandon and Chris were very helpful and I was pleased with their work. Brandon clearly explained why cleaning my vents in my house might cause damage to the vents. We discussed what they could do for me and completed the service to my satisfaction.

Comment: The team was great! They took the time to walk me through the process of how the cleaning worked. They even fixed some small cracks in my system to help keep more dirt from getting into the ducts. They were professional and courteous.

Comment: Sam was just so nice. He really took the time to explain to me what needed to be done to the various dirt spots I had. My carpets are 8+ years old. One had a really bad stain. I knew it wouldn't come out 100% but he got a lot more of the stain out than I was expecting And my stairs look like new. I used one of your competitors last time. They advertised they could make the carpets look like new. I sure didn't think so. Hardly looked clean. My carpets definitely looked clean this time. Even my husband commented how nice the looked.
