Comment: Just one problem. The toilet in our guest house was leaking, and so I had turned off the water and emptied the tank. The technicians evidently needed to use the facilities, and turn on the water for the toilet. After about 5 hours we had about one half inch of water on the bathroom tile that I needed to clean up. Sometimes homeowners have good reason they do certain things, and it would be best to ask first.

Comment: Service technician was a little late but someone called and explained that it was not the technician's fault. He wasn't so late that it bothered me. He was a nice gentleman and did an excellent job on my carpet.

Comment: Wished there had not been confusion about the discounts and adjustments made on the phone. When technician arrived they were not aware and caused delays. The girl that took my phone call about the adjustments did not email a revised itemized list of work I requested and would have really appreciated one if she said she would do it as soon as we got off the phone. I had taken notes as we spoke but didn't have a hard copy from Dalworth when tech arrived.

Comment: I was told they would clean under the beds also but it didn't happen although all the space was clear under the beds. Just kinda wonder why not a biggie but it gets dirty too. For the price I expected everything I was told would happen to happen since I picked the middle service. however the carpets are clean and that's what I was what I wanted to happen.

Comment: When the technician left, it would have been courteous to put the spray nozzle back on the hose. The nozzle was on the hose and then he took it off to connect his hose to the water spiket. I also would have liked to know before hand that I needed to move some stuff around the room in order for him to clean. I thought he was going to do it. It was not furniture.

Comment: Our service tech Justin was honestly one of the best service techs we've had in our home thus far...and there have been many lately with the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. Justin went above and beyond with his level of service. He even went out of his way to repair the doorbell that wasn't working when he came across the disconnected wires in the attic. He was friendly, genuine, respectful, knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, trustworthy, and had a great sense of humor. I wish all techs these days were like him! He took his time and did the job right. I would highly recommend this company based on his service alone. Thank so much Justin!
