Comment: i was expecting drying fan for every room as the premium service indicates but there was only one fan being deployed for drying and shifted between rooms . it is a one man operation and he was not able to efficiently move the furnitures. in one large room (bedroom), i had a king size bed and he was unable to move (due to head board) not able to go under the bed (inspite of me asking him if he need a bed raiser, which he declined), effectively i paid for a large room for the small room service.

Comment: The first floor bedroom received the pet stain removal process, but the carpet is still very wet in many places... it has now been 24 hours and the carpet is still not dry.

Comment: Did a good job and moved every stick of Furniture in and out he was so helpful to me! the only thing is he had to spray for mold and mildew and I wasn't expecting an extra charge for that and there is a lingering odor. SCJ (Apologized and lvm for Steve to ask about spray client was fine with this.)

Comment: we had some pet urine stains up and down our hallway and he was able to clean them up with out having to use the special pet treatment. He was just a pleasant young man. he did a great job! It was a pleasant experience from start to finish

Comment: Your technician David was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He suggested we put scotch guard on the carpet and sofas and that with the condition of our carpet (16-18 years old) we agreed and he applied it. Was well pleased with the service and work that David furnished. Will definitely use Dalworth in the future. Don Lasater
