Comment: There were 3 spots on the carpet that were missed. I spot cleaned them and they came right up. There were 3 other stains on the carpet that I would have preferred that he tried harder to get out, rather than just going over them the same as the rest of the carpet. Spot treating these stains isn't removing them, and he may not have been able to get them out either, but I would have preferred a little more effort there. Its ok.

Comment: I live in an apartment and was never asked/informed that I needed a portable system. As a result, Dalworth did not have a portable unit available from the 12-2pm time slot I requested, and the technician arrived at 3:30pm, an hour and a half after my time slot requested. This should be an option on the online order service.

Comment: Carpet repair was higher than I expected but cleaning was lower

The team arrived on time and were very professional in their interactions. They took great care to ensure furniture was moved and replaced on blocks when they were done. They were very communicative regarding what they were doing, how they were handling the "tough" spots and what we could do in the future to help protect our carpet. They were very thorough and completed the job very quickly. I'd happily recommend this company/team again! Description of Work: Treated and cleaned the carpets in three rooms and the little "extra" bit of carpet in the hallway.

Everything about him; his appearance, his attitude, his professionalism, and the work he did was beyond what we have EVER had from Dalworth. I have been a loyal Dalworth customer for over 12 years and Costel was the BEST worker we ever had...Ever! He took the time to pre-treat and he did a remarkable job. Our floors have never looked this good after a Dalworth visit. He was very thorough and the effort he put into his work showed!!
