Comment: I have my carpet done every 6 months. I had used another company come out once but came right back to Dalworth the other company was just to pricey and did not do as good of job. my carpet became dirtier much faster. I love Dalworth!

Comment: As always, Steve and his helper, Ray, did an excellent job. Steve not only calmly allowed time for everything we wanted done and did a couple of extra little things, but was personable and humorous. The :"fair" rating for price above is because your prices are a bit high.

Comment: Although my original order was online, when I checked the confirmation email it was completely wrong. However, I called your customer service number and the person there very quickly fixed the order. Our technician, Anthony, was very polite, friendly and efficient.
