I have used them before. I did not get it off of Angie's List. When I first moved in here, I found them. The quality of their work and professionalism was great. With regard to responsiveness, there was no problem; it was good. Description of Work: It was just cleaning carpets.

Comment: for the first time we had need of having the carpets dry almost immediately so the technician chose a different process than normal to clean our carpets. I did notice that there were spots that are usually picked up by the normal process of cleaning that were left right along the kitchen border. I was not home at the time to accept however my husband did so I went with itbut usually do not have that problem

Comment: i was alittle upset that my carpet was only a year old....i just felt the traffic areas should have came alittle cleaner...i feel he was even frustrated it wasnt coming as clean he had hoped...ill think twice before i have it done again. it did get better its mainly the path to the stairs and the stairs, I feel he put alot of effort into it.

Comment: Adam noticed some broken glass on my porch and asked for a broom and dustpan so he could sweep it up. Also, I don't like talking on the phone but Jenny, who set up the appointment made me very comfortable. In fact both people I talked to on the phone (I believe the other person's name was Nancy) were exceptional at their jobs.
