Comment: I was told that with the premium package my carpets would be fluffed/raked and the baseboards wiped down. I don't believe this was done.

Comment: Adam noticed some broken glass on my porch and asked for a broom and dustpan so he could sweep it up. Also, I don't like talking on the phone but Jenny, who set up the appointment made me very comfortable. In fact both people I talked to on the phone (I believe the other person's name was Nancy) were exceptional at their jobs.

Comment: Our serviceman, Steve, was excellent. He took the time to remove a stain, and it is completely gone. He did a great job on a carpet repair! He worked very hard and had a very pleasant attitude even though this job took longer than expected. We REALLY appreciated his excellent work.
