Comment: Some areas took longer to dry, particularly the stairs and landing. Most of the areas dried overnight (he finished around 4 pm). Areas where there was a spot took longer, I assume as they were treated differently.

Comment: My carpets are old so I knew some of the spots would remain or be diminished somewhat. I am happy with the work done by the technician and would call your company again. It seems much more professional than I recall when I used Dalworth in the past.

Comment: I have given everything but price an Excellent rating, because you don't provide a Senior or Veteran discount, and my Husband is a Veteran, and we are both Senior's, living on a fixed income. The first time I used a Professional Carpet Cleaner was 12 years ago, after getting new carpet. It was one of your competitors, and they did a very poor job. I swore after that to only use Dalworth, and you have been consistent. The young man Dilyn, who came to the house this time, was so nice, got along with our two Shi Tzu's, and us, explained everything very well, did the after walk through with me, and asked if I was completely satisfied, or if I had anything else I needed. Comment: Technician was very thorough and took his time. A lot of attention was placed on problem areas to remove stains. We added additional services upon arrival and the technician was able to provide a nice discount on the areas.

Comment: I had the carpets done on Monday July 1 at 8 am. As of 5 pm on July 2 they are still damp, on stairs and in parts of the bedroom. That is too long for my opinion. Brook did a great job, was polite, explained everything clearly and represented you well. I would have thought though that you would send two people as you do say you can move some of the smaller furniture. it is quite difficult for one person to move, clean, and move back. Just saying. However...your website- being peopleless, gives limited options for selecting what you what done. Perhaps you can allow room for clients to elaborate on their layout etc so there are no surprises.
