Comment: I have been a customer-facing employee of a Fortune 500 company for the last 20 years and completed the 3-year "Customer Services Leadership" course through the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University., so I am very particular when it comes to customer service, and how it should be performed. I placed my Request For Quote through the Angie's List portal. Dalworth was very responsive and the sales agent called me right away to explain their plans and pricing. The sales agent spoke clearly, professionally, and responded to all my questions with accurate information. My technicians that day were Phillipe and Josh. These young men were the most courteous and professional workers I have seen in a long, long time. You should be proud to have such young men working for you, as they exemplify the excellent reputation Dalworth has in the marketplace. I went with Dalworth not because it was necessarily less expensive, but because I could trust and depend on the employees to do a good job without issues. On the downside, my crew got dispatched without the proper equipment being in their truck, which was the video-camera to inspect my ductwork. The "Premium Plan" I'd signed up for included that service, as explained by the Sales Agent over the phone. It was even in the written quote I received by e-mail. That service made my decision to go with Dalworth, versus the competition, which was $200 cheaper. We wasted an hour of the Technicians's time trying to get that resolved. Finally, someone was dispatched to bring the camera to the job-site. This was a frustration that should not have happened. I was 95% ready to "pull the plug" and call the competitor over this matter. And yet, through it all, Phillipe was polite, understanding, and apologetic for the mix-up. THAT is a valuable characteristic in a service worker. In closing, the work performed exceeded my expectations. My wife and I can tell the difference in the quality of the air we breathe in our house now, and I plan on calling Dalworth again in a few years to have my ducts cleaned once again. As we say in the business, "Service Sells." I will be recommending Phillipe and Josh to my son, who is also interested in having his house ducts cleaned. Comment: Tech's attitude was fair and not good because when he first came in he said that he was not going to move the furniture until I said I paid for the furniture move at the Standard level of service.

Comment: Slightly high as far as rate of service, but needed it done and Jose did a excellent job. Thank you Jose for a wonderful job that he performed. He is an excellent representative for Dalworth Clean! He arrived a few minutes early and I really appreciated that kind of service.

Comment: Our technicians were 30-45 minutes late because they went to a wrong address ... because phone maps misdirected them. This wasn’t a huge problem for us, because I had a loose schedule that day. They did a great job cleaning our carpets. One tip for the future might be to wipe up the water that accumulated on the tile next to the carpet after cleaning was complete. Otherwise, great job!

Comment: Harold kept everything and everyone on task, knowing exactly what was to be done when, how, and by whom. He worked hard right along with them. I appreciated the brawn to exert energy needed. He especially was there guiding the two clean-cut teens, fairly a new experience due to their youth. I appreciated no smoking or cell phone times out, which would have given me reason never to use the service again. All were polite and professional. I noted the attention to detail. I had dropped a small knob behind one of the bedroom cabinets, not wanting to move the piece and retrieve. When I was placing items back, there was the knob where I would not miss it that they had retrieved. They also carefully took down pottery and more from upper shelves I am donating to charity. This enabled the team to do even a closer job at cleaning. I was very impressed that James came posthaste for the estimate AND followed through via phone PLUS actual visit toward end of the cleaning! The office personnel were friendly, efficient, professional and followed through--starting with Courtney, whom I communicated with several times. She was never hurried but explained all clearly. HA I spread the words to my friends, who say I cannot come to their homes since I had mine deep cleaned. Hopefully, they will get the option message. I WILL call again. Thanks, Carolyn

Comment: Very impressed with the appearance and knowledge of all the technicians who have been to my home to date. My area rugs are much brighter and were cared for very well at your off-site facility. Had one issue with the tile steaming process. In the area which technician first cleaned (MBR) upon arrival there appeared to be a left over amount of solution which dried a left a smeared look. It cleaned up nicely when I sponge mopped the area myself & all is well. All in all very pleased with how my tile looks.

Comment: Roger was as handsome as Kelly Ripa's husband, Mark Consuelos. Roger moved a heavy couch, so he could better clean in front of the couch.
