I was very pleased with both services and the professionalism of the staff both in the office and in my home. There were no problems with scheduling. It was well worth the cost and I will call them again. Description of Work: I moved my mother to skilled nursing and needed to have the carpet cleaned in her house before I listed it to sell. I was given a price on the phone. I had a man and his son come to the house and clean the carpets. They did an excellent job and I asked them if they had time to do some other areas and they did. I was very pleased with their work and their willingness to do the other areas. I would certainly ask for them again. I also had four of her area rugs picked up, cleaned and delivered back to the house. One was a very large needlepoint rug and they quickly picked up the rugs and delivered them on the day that they committed to. They placed the rugs down and put all the furniture back on the rugs, including moving a piano. I was surprised at how brilliant the colors were and how fresh the rugs smelled.

Did what they said for the amount they said it would cost. Description of Work: I live with two men and three dogs. I needed the carpets cleaned and I had a very short time line. They came out here when they said they would. They were very nice and very efficient. I had worked with an independent carpet cleaner earlier, but they hadn't really moved much furniture around. Dalworth Clean moved the couch and cleaned underneath it. They moved things around well. They were great. I got the ultimate service because I have animals and so forth. I was able to set an appointment at my desired time online which was very convenient. I received a live phone call confirmation. On the day of the service, my person got struck in traffic (it was an 8 a.m. appt) but I was telephoned and notified of new estimated arrival time which I appreciated. The only issue I had (and it applies o all carpet cleaners) is that truck mounted carpet cleaning is more effective but is not an option above the second floor.

We used Dalworth Clean because it is a large company and it is easy to get a hold of them. If the job was not done correctly we could easily get them back out quickly. Description of Work: Dalworth Clean cleaned our carpets, some tile and grouting in our home.

We have a new 7' x 10' area rug of excellent fine quality fiber in our living room that is the focal point of the room. With two young kids dripping their drinks onto the rug and spilling their food the rug seen its fair share of abuse. We tried to clean the rug ourselves but only succeeded matting the fine fibers together. The appearance after doing that degraded the appearance of the rug. I called Dalworth and utilized their rug cleaning service. I was hesitant to submit our rug to be cleaned due to the price ($3 per square foot). However, after reading reviews on Angie's List and viewing their video on their rug cleaning process on their website, I called them up to pick-up our rug. They were courteous on the phone and worked with my schedule to meet me at my house to pick-up the rug. After one week they delivered my rug and their were some areas of the rug that they overlooked. I do not blame them for this fact because I should have noted these areas with masking tape. The stains were easy to overlook because they are not visible to the naked eye unless one runs their hand over the fiber. Since their policy states that satisfaction is guaranteed, I called them up to discuss my dilemma. They offered to pick-up the rug and clean it again at no charge. They even put a rush on it to ensure a quick turn around. I made sure this time to mark the stains with masking tape and pointed them out to the technician who picked up the rug. When I got it back I was very satisfied with the cleaning. The rug looks like the day we brought it home from the store. Excellent, excellent job! I will use this company in the future. Description of Work: The two technicians arrived on time and reviewed with me what services I originally wanted and asked a few questions about the carpet (i.e. how long we'd had it, when the last cleaning was, how often we vacuum, how many pets and people). They then got to work moving the furniture and began cleaning. It took about an hour and a half at the longest, and they complete two large rooms, a hallway, the stairs, the landing, and some more stairs. What a difference it made! The carpet was just a little damp, but it was ok to walk on and it dried within 5 hours (it was really humid that day and actually started raining just as they were finishing up). Great job, and I'll definitely use this company again next year for my annual cleaning!

The tecnician arrived within the agreed upon time frame. He moved all furniture not previously moved. He pre-treated spots. The technician was well groomed and courteous. They took 15 of our Chinese and Persian rugs from our old house, completely cleaned them, brought them back and laid them down in our new house. They picked them from our old house and when they were ready they held them for about 10 days and re delivered them to our new house. They picked up the rugs on the same day that we called them; about 4 hours after we called them. They brought them back and laid them on the floor. One of them was not quite where we wanted it to be. I am not a hundred percent pleased with what I had to pay for the work. The pool was not in as good of shape as I thought it was and they should have been more up front about what they could actually do. They were responsive to my needs.
