I was very pleased with the service provided. Everything was professionally done from the time I made my appointment til the day service was performed. Bother friendly and professional. Would definitely use again!

We had two rugs that needed to be cleaned. The larger one actually had a place on one corner that our puppies had chewed on and needed repair. My wife called Dalworth Rug Cleaning and Francisco and Ussiel picked both up and delivered them back in less than a week. Fast, efficient and friendly service. We highly recommend Dalworth and will use them again.

Comment: Everything looked fresh again. I was surprised that some residual stains from furniture “feet” left from previous moisture was still there. I decided to try Spray and Wash since it seems to be a miracle product and the stains mostly came out. Would have thought your carpet products would work that well. Overall, cleaning was a good decision.

Comment: I had Dalworth come to my home because my dog had gotten sick on the carpet in my game room . The tech assured me that he would spot treat the areas and then clean the entire carpet and that would take care of the stains and smell. The next day, after the carpet dried, I went in and there was still an odor. I could also still tell where the two fecel spots were. I called and the tech is coming back to my home Monday . I am truly disappointed that your service didn’t get my carpet clean. I’ve seen Dalworth commercials so many times and that’s why I called when this situation arose.

Comment: Brian Marshall was my technician and he did an amazing job. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, courteous and he explained everything he did. I had lots of questions which he patiently answered and he gave me a couple of suggestions as well which I appreciated. I will be calling back and scheduling him to do some work on my tile floors and marble and granite countertops. This is the second time I have used Dalworth for cleaning and I could not be happier. The only down side is that it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks waiting time, but I suppose you can't help that-it's a good thing, right? Thank you so much!

Comment: Because of equipment breakdown, the technician had to complete the job on two different days. That caused considerable inconvenience for me. I asked for some "compensation" for my inconvenience and I received 10% discount. I considered it fair. However, it would have been more professional if I was offered such discount without asking for it.
