Comment: Our technician did a very good job on the carpets & stairs. However, we are Not Satisfied with the 81/2 x 9 ft. Rug we had cleaned. It looked good while wet. When it dried, it looked like it had never been cleaned. All the spots are still there. I would like for it to be reclean or a refund. I feel we paid too much for it to be cleaned & looks like this in 2 days!!!

Comment: I had Excellent service from Brooks on Sat 6/1519. Very professional and knowledgeable. I love the way he explained drying process. He made sure I was satisfied before he left. Comment: I would have liked for the baseboards to be cleaned as the representative stated on the phone. But, other than that, I was very pleased with the final outcome of the clean carpet and tile.
