Dalworth did a great job on my floors. I would recommend their service to anyone who needs their floors done. The individual, Brian, who cleaned my floors was polite, professional, and informative. I would use Dalworth again in the future.

Great work for a realistic price. Carpets and upholstery cleaned up remarkably well. The technician was extremely conscientious and very proud of his work.

Comment: Overall, very good. The only exception (and it is minor) is that when I made my appointment on the phone, they told me someone would call me when the tech was on his way - which they did and that is important to me since I have 5 dogs to get blocked out of the area. However, I specifically asked that they call on my cell phone - which was already in your records I believe, but instead they called on my land line. The trouble with that is I had some calls to make on my land line and I knew it might be busy if they tried to call on that, so I gave them my cell phone number which is normally free. That's the only complaint and everything worked out fine.........Diane Combs

Comment: The service technician who came did a clean and great job to reinstall my carpet and padding. He also explained to me about the one year warranty should I have any issues with the install. Outstanding attention to detail.

Scheduled appt to relay carpet where foundation work was done and the technician did an excellent job. He was polit, cleaned up whteever mess and very informative. Will definitely call agoain for carpet work and hope we get the same technician.

Comment: I did the pet odor treatment and it didn't work very well so I regret spending additional money for that.

I had my carpets cleaned just yesterday. We have 2 little dogs that will sometimes go on the carpet upstairs, especially when it's storming or if we are away too long. I've rented carpet cleaners in the past, but our carpet is a little darker, so you couldn't really SEE the stains. Nik had a little florescent flashlight that highlighted all the dirty details and I was shocked (and a little grossed out!) He did a great job and the smell is gone:)
