Comment: I ordered online and the appointment was followed up by a phone call. I had never had carpets professionally cleaned before and I did not really know what questions to ask. Being given a little more info on the process - ie emptying drawers, not moving large tv's, type of large furniture that can't be moved and what to do about that.......I feel like I wasted some of the tecnicians time by not being as prepared as I could have been.

Comment: Marcus was our technician and very professional. The only thing I noticed that after he left, there were cleaning stains from our grout cleaning on the carpet edge. Fortunately, I was able to blot it up and I think it looks good now.

Comment: The original quote for cleaning hardwood floors was within range of another quote that I had received. Once the technicians got here they determined that they would have to perform an extra service since there was wax on the floor. Since I did not receive another estimate on this process I have no idea how to rate the price.

Comment: I don't know about drying time because I left soon after the technician did and didn't return until the next day. They were definitely dry the next day. Very happy with service and appearance of carpets.

Comment: I had drapery cleaning done in one room. I was very pleased with the technician and impressed by the protective items used to protect the front door to my home and the trim of the doorway where the drapes were cleaned. Good proactive measures!

Wow.. these guys are good !! Had our wood and porcelain floors cleaned . Brian and CJ were terrific and detailed in their work. Highly recommend.

Comment: Marcus was very courteous and professional. Showed up on time and went right to work. I had an old dog that was having accidents in the house before she died and so there were some spots that were bad. I really didn't think the cleaning would help the appearance of the carpet. I just wanted to know it had been cleaned well. My carpet looks like new. I didn't think it was possible. I've been showing and telling everyone I know via Facebook

Comment: We are so extremely satisfied customers of Dalwoth. The quality of your work is so Outstanding!!! We thought we were going to have to replace our carpet throughout the house because of the age of the carpet 30+ years old and pet stains from a sick dog and when they finished cleaning the carpet it looks like brand new carpet!!!!
