This was my first time to use Dalworth for my sofa cleaning and it was great from planning, rescheduling and executing.

Comment: I like using the on line feature but there have been times when it doesn't work smoothly. But I would rather use the on line than calling. Also sometime small spots need a pretreat which don't Always happen. Overall IM pleased because my carpet is old , big dogs in the house and Im happy just to get it clean again because no longer will I try and clean it myself.

Comment: Pet treatment is high, not worth the extra cost. I personally now believe there’s not much benefit to the spray and the stains can’t be removed from the black light detection. I bought the urine black light today and the stains are still very visible, same as before the treatment. And we did the treatment on the previous appointment too. This is misleading your customers

I am MORE than pleased with the "after" look of my carpets; staff (both in person, and on the phone) are courteous, professional, prompt, thorough, and offer friendly service that is often difficult to find. I will definitely recommend Dalworth, and continue to use this, as well as other services they provide.

Comment: I had serious reservations about contract technicians. In this case, their service was excellent. He answered all of our questions, explained the cleaning technique thoroughly and used protective covering where needed. I would highly recommend Josh and Joe.
